How we work
There are two paths: buy a ready tool in the store, or tell us about a custom project. This is what happens in each one.
If you buy in the store
For the Quoter and the Sales Agent, which already exist as products.
- You buy online, with a 7-day guarantee.
- A tool that works from your dashboard, with its plans and its price up front.
- If it is the Sales Agent: After you pay, you set up your agent from your panel in about 15 minutes and try it in a demo chat. Once you finish the interview and give us access to your page, we get it live on Messenger or Instagram within 5 business days. We connect a limited number of businesses each week to do it right; if this week is full, we'll save you a spot for the next one.
If we build it to order
For what does not exist as a product. Every project is discussed before we start.
- Look at the portfolio to see which projects we have already built.
- Tell us what you need through the contact form.
- We reply by email: we aim to do it within 24 business hours.
Software built for your business: web apps, apps, bots, inventory or something else. To be agreed per project.
What does not change
Your content is yours
Your logo, catalog, prices, quotes and your customers' data remain yours (Terms, section 6).
7-day guarantee
Yes. Everything we sell has a 7-day guarantee: if it is not what you expected, write to us within that period and we refund the corresponding amount (Refund Policy, section 1).
Response time
We aim to reply within 24 business hours, by email or through the form. It is a goal and not a service-level commitment unless we agree otherwise in writing (Terms, section 37).
