Frequently asked questions
Do I need the Quoter and the Agent, or just one?
No. They are independent products: buy one, the other or both, all from the same account.
What currency do I pay in, and why do I see a local currency?
The charge is always in US dollars (USD). Any local currency shown next to the price is just a reference; what gets charged to your card is the USD amount.
What does the 7-day guarantee cover?
The monthly fee, 100%: write to us within 7 days of your purchase. For the Agent, the 7 days on the monthly fee start when it goes live. If we don't get your agent connected, you get a full refund: setup is fully refundable until your agent is live, and non-refundable after that. See the refund policy →
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. Cloud Quoter and Sales Agent can be cancelled anytime, no commitment, from your Billing panel: you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Do my customers see my brand or the store's?
The PDF and the chat always carry your logo and colors, on every plan. The store never puts its own brand on what your customers see.
How long does it take to activate the Agent?
After you pay, you set up your agent from your panel in about 15 minutes and try it in a demo chat. Once you finish the interview and give us access to your page, we get it live on Messenger or Instagram within 5 business days. We connect a limited number of businesses each week to do it right; if this week is full, we'll save you a spot for the next one.
Which channels does the Agent answer on?
Messenger or Instagram. Every level comes in 1 channel of your choice, or multichannel with both. WhatsApp is coming soon: leave your email on the Sales Agent page and you'll be the first to know.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can export your data in one click from your panel anytime. While your account is active it stays; if you close it, it's deleted within a reasonable period, except what we must keep by law.
Do I have to install anything?
No. The Quoter and the Sales Agent run on our infrastructure: you just log in to your panel, in your browser.
How do I pay, and is it safe?
By credit or debit card. Depending on your device, you can also pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, which charge that same card. Stripe processes the payment: the store never sees or stores your full card number.
Do prices include taxes?
Prices are in USD. If your jurisdiction requires a sales tax or VAT, it is calculated and shown separately at payment, before you confirm. If none is shown, the USD price is the final price. The detail is in section 32 of the Terms.
