Digital sponsor passport, ACECANH 2026
A digital card for every congress attendee. It fills up with one stamp per sponsor brand visited, and the completed card works as proof for the raffle.
What we built
- Each attendee opens their card from a link on their phone, with nothing to install.
- The QR code at each booth validates the visit and adds the stamp.
- Each brand has its own dashboard with the visits to its booth.
- A control center shows the numbers and lets the team fix a stamp by hand when needed.
- The list of completed cards can be downloaded for the board.
The raffle, its prizes and the draw are run by the board. The passport only delivers the verifiable proof of a full card.
